To remove: PINCH THE TOP, TWIST AND PULL!

Pinch and Twist: At the top of the cup adapter, pinch and twist to break the pressure seal. Pinching the top of cup adapter and twisting is crucial to making the removal process smooth and trouble-free.

Pull and Separate: Once the pressure seal is broken, pull the cup adapter to separate it from your My Travel Tray®.
